Bilgi:
Havuç, toz şeker, ceviz ve hindistan cevizinden yapılır. Adını, Arapçada havuç anlamına gelen (Cezer; جزر) kelimesinden alır. Rendelenen havuç önce haşlanır haşlandıktan sonra şekerle kavrulur. Üzerine hindistan cevizi; içine antep fıstığı, fındık, yer fıstığı ya da ceviz koyulur.
